At Kern-Hill Furniture we believe that your purchase with us doesn't end once you've left the store. We are committed to ensuring that our customers receive the same level of service from purchase to delivery and beyond.

GUARANTEES

We guarantee the merchandise will be in showroom condition upon delivery. After delivery, we guarantee our furniture for one full year against manufacturing defects, or we will repair or replace the item at our option. Excluded from this guarantee are "as is" merchandise and other specifically marked final sale items.
This guarantee does not cover:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse or accidents.
  • Damage of discolouration caused by sunlight.
  • Abnormal wear, fading or shrinkage of any fabric.

Protection Plans

It's human nature to worry and be protective of an important investment. Kern-Hill Furniture's has Protection Plans to take the stress of worry about your investment, so you can relax and enjoy your furniture, appliances, or mattresses... whatever life throws at it. Make sure you have protection on your mattress by purchasing a matt pad and have bedframe with proper support!

HOME FURNISHINGS: 5 YEAR PROTECTION PLANS

 

Upholstered Fabric Furniture Warranty Program Coverage:

  • Household food and beverage product stain.
  • Stains from Human and Pet saliva.
  • Ballpoint pen ink, wax crayon, or facial cosmetics.

Leather Furniture Warranty Program Coverage:

  • Household food and beverage product stain.
  • Most human and pet bodily fluids.
  • Ball point pen ink, lipstick, and crayon.
  • Cracking and peeling of leather finish.
  • Rips, tears, burns, and punctures.

ALL OF THE ABOVE INCLUDE LABOUR, TRANSPORTATION COSTS AND FULL REPLACEMENT (where applicable).

What is the "Don't Use It, Don't Lose it" * Program?

 

It's simple!  The objective is to provide peace of mind and eliminate any risk to you!  If you do not place a claim during the term of the service plan, you'll get our money back as in in-store credit equal to your original service plan purchase price!

This in-store credit is valid at the time of the service plan term, upon verification that the service was not required during that period of time; and it is valid for one year.

The credit is limited to the original purchase price of the Service Plan investment (taxes excluded).  It is non-transferable, has no monetary value and cannot be used for cash or used in conjunction with the other offers

The credit is only valid as an in-store credit on the purchase worth a minimum value of $800* and is eligible for use in in following departments:
